- How does the consulting get coordinated and who will come to our office?
- Our staff will work with you and select a resource whose skill set matches your training needs. Our consultants have diverse backgrounds in financial services, technical support, and product management. We will work with you on an agenda for the visit to make sure you and the consultant have consistent expectations for the training.

- Do you provide consulting services on all areas of your products?
- Yes. Our staff will work with you to set an appropriate agenda and secure the appropriate consultant to meet your needs. We can provide training in all areas of our products.

- How do I know if I should have onsite consulting or use remote training sessions?
- You should consider the number of people in your office that desire training, the amount of material to cover, and your comfort with remote web training compared to in person consultation. Our staff can discuss both options with you.
- Cost and Scheduling

- How soon could a consultant come to our office to train us?
- Our staff will work with you to schedule the appropriate resource to meet your training needs. We typically can schedule a consultant to be in your office within 6-8 weeks of your request. When we experience increased demand, it may take us longer. Please be sure to contact us early so that we can best accomodate your request.

- How much does consulting cost?
- Our consulting rate is $1600 per day plus travel and meal expenses. Onsite consulting engagements are booked for a minimum of one 8 hour day. Our staff can work with you to schedule the appropriate number of days to meet your training needs.
