How it Works

Step 1. Identify areas of interest

While each consulting visit is unique and customized to address your specific business goals and product questions, we have found consulting visits to follow some common themes. The Generic Agenda for PortfolioCenter Consulting provides a starting point for you to give us input on the key areas of focus for your firm. This sample two day agenda can be adjusted to hit the important topics for your firm in a one day visit.

Step 2. Request training

Complete and submit the Request Consulting form. One of our training team members will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the agenda for your consulting and available dates to schedule the onsite visit.

Step 3. Confirm your specific agenda and schedule

You will work with our consulting coordinator to finalize the agenda and schedule.  We will ask you to return a signed copy of the agenda before the consulting visit.  We will also work with you to confirm travel details.

Step 4. Get the most out of the consulting visit

We recognize that you have many competing priorities for your time, however, if you can make key staff available to work with our trainer as much as possible while we are onsite, you will get the most value out of the visit.
