Network Connectivity Troubleshooting
Most network connectivity issues can be addressed by configuring your third-party anti-virus and firewall applications. Select the third-party application from the list below and review the settings:
- McAfee Personal Firewall
- Norton Internet Security 2007
- Norton Internet Security 2005
- Trend-Micro PC-Cillin
- ZoneAlarm Pro
If configuring these applications does not solve your network connectivity issues, you can:
- Use the troubleshooting tool (PortfolioCenter 4.31 or earlier)
