The Help Desk is designed to supplement the PortfolioCenter online help. It can help you resolve all kinds of troubleshooting situations in the program including reporting, performance and billing. If you are seeking user reference information, search the application's online help first by clicking F1.

Getting Gibberish?

If you're getting gibberish in one or both panes when you enter the Help Desk, just click in the pane, and then click the Reload button.

Printing

Make sure you click in the topic pane (right pane) before trying to print.
