How it Works
Step 1. Identify areas of interest
Create a list of topics you want more information about. Some common examples include:
- Batch printing and period-end processing (monthly/quarterly)
- Defining and managing your data
- Billing: calculating fees and generating invoices
- Computing performance intervals and generating performance reports
To help you determine the key training areas, please review the list of Common PortfolioCenter Training Topics. The estimated times provide you with a guideline as to the depth of a particular topic.
Step 2. Request training
Complete and submit the Request Training form. One of our training team members will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a time and finalize the outline. During the training session, your firm watches a presentation on the Web while speaking with a trainer. The session length is typically one hour.
If you would like help transitioning from Centerpiece to PortfolioCenter, you can request training to assist you with the process. Typically, in two 4-hour sessions with a resource in your office available to restart computers, our trainers facilitate your move to PortfolioCenter.
